At Plant & Barrel Industries, we work with creators, designers, and makers who trust us with their digital files and product designs.

Protecting those designs is fundamental to how we operate.

This policy explains how we protect creator intellectual property while manufacturing and fulfilling products through our platform.

Our Core Principle

Your designs belong to you.

Creators retain full ownership of their intellectual property at all times.

We exist to manufacture and ship your products — not to own, copy, or distribute your ideas.

Limited Production Rights

When you provide design files to us, you grant Plant & Barrel Industries a limited license to use those files solely for the purpose of:

• manufacturing products
• staging production in our print queue
• quality control and calibration testing when required
• fulfilling approved customer orders

This permission does not transfer ownership of your designs.

Creators remain the sole owners of their intellectual property.

We Do Not Compete With Our Creators

Plant & Barrel Industries does not develop or sell competing products based on creator designs.

Our role is strictly manufacturing and fulfillment.

We succeed when creators succeed.

File Security and Handling

Creator files are stored in secure systems used to operate our print farm.

Access to design files is restricted and controlled. Only authorized production systems and personnel can access files required to fulfill orders.

We implement safeguards including:

• restricted file access
• controlled production workflows
• secure cloud infrastructure
• internal access controls

Creator files are never shared with other customers.

Design files are not used for marketing, demonstration, or distribution without the creator's explicit permission.

File Retention

Files may be securely retained to allow for faster reorders and inventory production.

If a creator stops working with our platform, they may request removal of their design files from our systems.

Product Safety

Creators are responsible for ensuring their designs are safe and suitable for consumer use.

Plant & Barrel Industries manufactures products according to the submitted design specifications and maintains consistent production standards.

We do not independently certify or redesign creator products.

Restricted Products

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not manufacture or fulfill:

• weapon components
• products intended for children under three years of age
• food contact items
• electrical devices
• safety-critical components

Additional product categories may be restricted at our discretion.

Magnet Safety

Products containing magnets may include safety warnings or safety inserts when appropriate.

These warnings are intended to reduce consumer risk and help ensure safe product use.
